Fantastic Service, Quality work and the ease of getting a quote was something I’m not used too. After sending an email inquiry I had a response within 90 minutes and site visit scheduled for less than 24 hours later. Once we received the quote and approved the work was scheduled promptly and the quality/workmanship exceeded my expectations.

I had a sudden partial power outage to my home and called Lantern Electric after reviewing their website and reviewing google comments. I live in eQuinelle, Kemptville and saw that they were a local company. I called at 0700 when they opened and Gord arrived by 0730. He determined only partial power was coming into the house and immediatly contacted Hydro One. They dispatched a team that arrived within 20 mins and determined with Gord that power was coming to my home but that there was a line break within the house. Evan then arrived with a generator to keep our two fridges and freezer running and proceeded to further diagnose the problem. I had to run off to work but Evan kept in contact with me and proposed a couple of options to restore power. In the end the team from Lantern installed a new power cable into the house through a new conduit avoiding the trouble of excavating through interlock stone. Apologies for being too wordy here, but I can’t say enough about the fantastic effort by all involved to restore power to my home. I would highly recommend Lantern Electric for your electrical needs.
